A Transversal BIM Multiplier event was held in Lublin, Poland on 30 December 2022. It was hosted by Akademia WSEI and was attended by 23 participants.
The dissemination brought together representatives from many scientific and technical disciplines. There were visitors from home and abroad.
The presentation of BIM and its potential applications in various areas of life was the beginning of a fruitful discussion. The presenter emphasised the use of BIM in mechatronics and transport and information technology. These are very broad scientific areas. During the discussion, the participants made proposals to extend BIM to their areas of activity. The conclusion is that BIM is a very versatile software for the collection and processing of data on technical and architectural processes.
Proposals were made to extend the existing project to include telemetry data from drones (unmanned aerial vehicles).
